Founded in 1978, Özsarı has been taking its place among leading companies of Turkey with a successful history in the food industry and has the vision of becoming a regional leader.

Our company started business with the Bulgur production , and continues to grow by adding Red Lentils production and Pulses packaging to the production line.Özsarı sustains its growth with new investments in food industry.

As of 2016, Özsarı produces , 250 Tons of Bulgur , 200 Tons of Red Lentils and 150 Tons of Pulses packaging per day in 20,000m2 of closed area and 30,000 m2 open area.

We pack our products in Özsarı , Sarılar, Belkis and Köy brands from 500gr to 1000 kg bags in accordance with ISO 22000 and ISO9001 quality standards and ship our products in domestic and 30 countries overseas.

Raw materials The most important factor determining the quality of bulgur is the sensitivity of wheat selection. Özsarı Bulgurları is produced from Durum Wheat growing in Anatolia.
Uniqueness Özsari Bulgur can easily be distinguished from other bulgur because of the following features; Color Özsari Bulgurun light golden yellow color makes it easy to distinguish between other bulgur. Crimea Özsarı Bulgurları, homogenously ground in stone mills, provides the best taste by providing equal amount of water to all the particles during cooking.
Food Safety Controls and tests are carried out at every stage of production for quality and safe products. Özsarı Bulgurları has TSE, ISO 9001 and HACCP certificates. In the final stage before packaging, the products are cleaned out of possible foreign materials by passing through stone separation and SORTEX machines.
